Returns & Refunds — Summary

• Scope & Currency: Applies to orders shipped to the United States. All amounts in USD.
• Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
• Item Condition: Items must be new/unused, in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals. Installed/used, altered, damaged due to mishandling, missing parts, or unauthorized returns are not eligible.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are supported; processing starts after the original item is received and inspected. Any price difference or extra shipping will be confirmed in advance.

• Return Method & Cost: Mail-in returns only. Unless required by law, return shipping is paid by the buyer. Use a trackable service and pack securely; the seller is not responsible for loss/damage in return transit.
