This artisanal process creates a distinctive texture, meaning each lamp is one of a kind and cannot be replicated. As alabaster is a natural material, patterns will vary from piece to piece, so the product you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.

- Starting April 15, we’ll ship all orders by sea.
- Delivery time: 15–25 days.
- If you need it faster, let us know—we can arrange express shipping (extra fees and possible tariffs apply).
2. Tariff Fees
- Standard (Sea): We cover the tariff fees for you—no extra charge.
- Express Shipping: You’ll be sponsible for shipping and any customs/tariff fees.
3. Default Option (Sea Freight)
- If you don’t request express, we’ll ship by sea after confirming with you.
- Sea shipping time: 35–45 days.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once we get the item back and inspect it, your refund will be processed in 10 business days to the original payment method.

Unloading Info
We deliver door to door.
If any item is over 6.5 ft (2m) long, you’ll need to unload by yourself.
If the package is very heavy, please have a forklift ready.
